This can also be done for ideas on arranging furniture in your new home. $200 for 90 minute consultation in your home as well as a follow up email with items that we discussed.

OWNER OCCUPIED/FILL IN

A half day of home staging. Bringing in accessories, art, light furniture, etc. to fill in areas of need to maximize the speed and sale of your home. Get a quote!

VACANT HOME STAGING

Working within your budget to maximize your homes potential.  Creating an environment where buyers can't envision living anywhere else. Pricing ranges depending on square footage and rooms staged. Get a quote!

SHORT TERM RENTAL

We do all the work for you! Once you purchase your new short term rental, we discuss budget, design and completely furnish it. When we are done it will be ready for guests.
